INSIDE YOUR COMMUNITY
About CAC
Community Action Centre (CAC)
The role of the Community Action Centre is to serve as a resource for all riding residents, helping them get help on many personal issues relating to the provincial government and its agencies as well as providing them with a direct link to sharing their MPP.
Full time staff are available at the Community Action Centre to listen to your concerns and provide you with assistance that will help you find answers to your questions and deal with your needs as quickly as possible. If the situation requires direction from another government resource, they will point you in the right direction by putting you in touch with the appropriate department that will be able to properly provide you with the information you need. Our staff are also available to meet with community groups and associations to discuss any issues that you have concerns about and present them to your MPP for his input. We’re open Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Call us to make an appointment at 416-972-7683 or come down to the Centre.
You can also come and talk to us at local festivals in your neighbourhood. We set up an information booth at local festivals throughout the riding where we would be happy to have you drop by and talk with us.
We work very hard to provide the best service and stay connected to our residents by hosting summer and winter events each year. To find out more about what’s going on inside your community, take a look at the Events and ActivitiesC section of this website.
